- Cancellations done 48 hours prior to the check-in time are non-refundable
- Smoking is prohibited in non-designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed
- Shared room tenants should not lock the main door of the flat
- Switch off lights, fans and other appliances before leaving the room/apartment
- It is expected that the guests respect the property, staff, and fellow guests.
- Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Guests are kindly asked to observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
