Payment & Cancellation Policy
Long Duration Stay (over a week)
- Guests may cancel their reservation up to 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after the 15- day window will incur 20% deduction from the advance amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival is non-refundable.
Note: Extra Bed Cost: 500 Rupees per night. Please note that only one extra single bed is allowed per room.
Short Stay (under 1 week)
- Full amount should be paid while booking.
- Guests may cancel their reservation up to 2 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made after the 2-days window will incur 20% deduction from the advance amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival is non-refundable.
Note: No refunds are allowed on discounted/offer prices.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be usually processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed. But it can vary based on the mode of payment and the bank.
Date Amendment Policy
- Date changes are subject to availability of rooms on the requested dates.
No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be provided if the guest fails to appear at the scheduled time/date.
Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
- Veda Oasis will not be responsible for cancellations or modifications arising from unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental directives, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
- In case of any disputes, we encourage amicable resolution through direct communication.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
Additional Charges for Damages
- Damage to the Property or the belongings of the property will lead to additional charges depending on the repair costs involved.
Child Policy
- Children over 11-12 years are considered as adults.
