Welcome to Veda Oasis (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation, staying with us, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Reservations & Check-In
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of valid payment details or advance payment as specified.
- Guests must present valid government-issued identification and a matching payment card at check-in.
- Standard check-in and check-out times are 12 PM and 11 AM respectively.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Rates & Payments
- All rates are quoted in Indian Rupee (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
- Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods.
- Any outstanding balance must be settled prior to check-out.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies differ for short-term and long-term stays.
Read our cancellation policy. - Bookings made at discounted prices or during offer periods cannot be modified or canceled without incurring full charges.
- For refundable bookings, cancellations may take 7–14 days to be processed and appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Bank or card processing fees may be deducted, and timelines depend on your bank’s policies.
Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and fellow guests. Any damage, theft, or misconduct may result in charges and/or eviction without refund.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
Facilities & Services
- Amenities and services are provided as listed at the time of booking. Additional services may incur extra charges.
- Access to certain facilities may be restricted or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Liability & Force Majeure
- The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where provided.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or technical failures.
Third-Party Services
- The hotel may provide links or access to third-party services (e.g., food delivery, transportation). We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or reliability of these external services.
Privacy
- Personal information provided during booking or check-in will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.

- The hotel reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
